**The job requires that you have a cell phone, skype, or landline phone connection and computer with internet access. I'm looking for at home moms or people looking to just supplement income, retired or just friendly professionals that are interested. Anyone with previous experience in providing customer service. Hours start at 7 a.m and go to 7 p.m CST (on call when needed) communication is primary messaging through skype when a task is needed.
You would need to be available 100% to take calls during days you were assigned all the calls and the number of days that you want is completely up to you but needs to be communicated in advance so I can plan accordingly. This has the potential to help you earn money while working from home and only requires that you have a reliable cell phone and a computer with internet access for cargo maps and sending the customer an invoice.
A direct importer from other countries and also factory direct domestically we specialize in the shipment of funeral caskets shipped nationwide to the public. A very recession proof job with the benefits of being able to work out of your own home or office. You may or may not know, if someone buys from the funeral home they usually end up paying $1500 upwards to $4000 for the same quality we provide at a fraction of that cost. The new FTC Funeral Rule allows others to pick and choose which goods they want to use for their services, therefore eliminating the monopoly funeral homes once had and allowing families of loved ones to save money.
Compensation: Paid per call resolution per customer once the shipment is confirmed [login to view URL]'ll be assigned an extension number through a PBX phone system where the customers phone calls can go directly to your number in the event that they need a status update on their shipment. Very part-time basis opportunity but a great way to supplement income, on average you'll assist 2-5 customers each week with their shipping.
Qualifications:
1)Friendly and Professional Voice
2)Good Conversation Skills and able to Build Comfort in customers
3)Previous Experience in Shipping or Call Center Type Environments
4)Able to Operate a Computer with Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel
5)Must have access to a computer with internet access
6)Must be very organized and able to handle logistics and shipping details with the customer
7)Good follow up skills and the flexibility to assist customer by phone if needed
