Swap Text in Word File - Edit by Script

In the attached file you'll see there's a long list. On each line there is an English word or phrase, and a code as well. The setup is - (code) = (English) I need to reverse the code and English, remove the spacing around the = sign, and change the = sign to | So as an example, the first 3 lines read - -DZ = dollars -S = is -S *ES TEUGS = esthetician I need to change that to - dollars|-DZ is|-S esthetician|-S *ES TEUGS It's not something to be done by hand - that would take forever. So perhaps a script for it. I want it in the same format it's in now - Word or txt is fine. This is simple for someone with the skill, so please no high bids - I'll ignore them. For someone who wants a good rating...this may be a good project for you!
