We are looking for someone who is very good with WordPress and Elementor Pro to help us redesign the major elements of our existing website based on the site’s existing structure as well as some desired design concepts we can provide.

We are specifically soliciting sealed bids for this project to ensure confidentiality and fairness in the bidding process. It is imperative that bidders demonstrate a comprehensive and detailed understanding of our existing website's structure and the specific redesigns we are seeking. We expect the winning bidder to not only grasp the complexities of our current site but also to propose innovative and creative solutions that align with our vision. As such, submissions must include mock-ups for some of the major elements we aim to redesign. These preliminary designs will be a critical factor in our selection process, as they will showcase your ability to meet our project's unique needs and objectives. Your bid should reflect a thoughtful consideration of the project's requirements, showcasing your capacity to deliver a tailored, high-quality outcome.
1. General Structure of Site
The existing website runs on WordPress v6.4.3 with the Astra theme. All pages are developed using the Elementor site builder.
I will be happy to provide the existing site URL via DM, but the site consists of the following customized parts in the Theme Builder:
1.1 Header Template
The site has a single global header which features our logo, the site’s primary menu, and two button elements.
1.2 Footer Template
The site has a single global footer which features a copyright notice and links to the site’s privacy policy and other important disclaimer pages. We would like to add a second menu element to this footer as well.
1.3 Single Page Templates
1.3.1 Home Page
We are looking for a new site homepage built using the same basic elements as the existing site:
Hero Section
Insurance Banner
Services Section
Locations Section
Team Section

CTA Section
We have a desired updated look for the page in a Figma design, but we would like to see some alternative ideas for the front page’s hero section and CTA section.
1.3.2 Locations Pages
We need a basic template layout for individual office locations. The new design should contain the same elements of the existing site’s individual locations pages:
A location card featuring Google Maps data
A gallery featuring photos of the location
A section which can display a loop of all the clinicians (post type: Team) that provide services at this location.
1.3.3 Careers Page
We are looking for a new design of this page (based on the same look as the homepage) using the existing copy.
1.4 Single Post Templates
The site features two custom post types: clinicians (team) and services (specialties). We are looking for templates for each of these types of posts:
1.4.1 Team Post Type
We need a single template we can assign to a custom post type we use as a basic clinician directory on the site. The page’s layout will be suitable for a directory page, such as a contact card layout, incorporating a profile photo and other information from a customized taxonomy that includes information about the services provided by the clinician as well as the offices where they work. Both services and location are also custom post types.
1.4.2 Services Post Type
We need a single template layout for the individual services (specialties) post type. The design of the services page should be able to work on its own as a landing page, so it should have a compelling hero section and CTA section.
Importantly, the services page should have a section which can display a loop of all the clinicians (post type: Team) that provide this service.
1.4.3 Blog Post
We need a single template layout for blog posts.
1.5 Post Archive Templates
1.5.1 Team Directory
We need a post archive template for the clinician (team) post type. This would include a filter above the item loop that would allow to filter the list by location and by services provided.
1.5.2 Services and Blog Post Archive Pages
We need a post archive template for the services post type and blog posts.
1.6 Loop Items
We need customized Elementor Loop Item templates to support the above layouts.
1.7 Error 404 Template
Lastly, we would like a customized 404 template that complements the rest of the site.
2 Project Tasks
Develop website content using the Elementor Pro site builder for each of the elements identified above based on the existing site design and feedback from us. We will provide you with a duplicate, sandbox WordPress environment that mirrors the live site (database, themes, plugins, uploaded assets, etc.).
Evaluate the existing use of custom post types, and taxonomies for site navigation, and make recommendations for any needed changes to the site structure.
Evaluate the existing site’s overall performance and speed, and make recommendations for improvements.
Evaluate the site’s existing analytics and conversion tracking.
At least 3 rounds of feedback for all content developed during the course of this project are required.
3 Project Deliverables
Recommended changes to the production website, including any structural changes required for the redesigned elements.
Elementor template files (JSON) for each of the new site elements suitable for importing into the production instance of WordPress.
Support through the cutover to the new version of the website.
