The sample PDF is attached. Requirement is of one page in HTML/CSS, need to be mobile friendly. The required part is, whenever user moves cursor on image it should hover to show text and text should be given a link. The prototype is present at [login to view URL] (This is not the final design) Need it done by 2 p.m IST STRICTLY, bid only if you can get it done by this time. Images are ready and will be shared with selected freelancer. Write done by 2 pm so that i can understand you have read the requirement. If you require any reference sites help can provide that. I am available to discuss anything required. Payment Rs. 1500, if the work is delivered before time Rs 500 will be bonus.
