Hi, I am gravity forms expert. I can create a plugin which will add new custom field called "Distance", it will be non editable field displaying just distance calculator. In the field settings you will add default address and choose what field to use as user address (I assume that form has "Address" type field somewhere). Plugin will affect summary price using corresponding filter using 2*(distance-10) formula.
