Please view the attached screenshot. The right hand column doesn't float properly in IE 6 or 7. Instead it displays below the left hand column. I suggest you compare in other modern browsers. I think the issue is pretty straight forward.
I will award the freelancer who can do this without server access first. If you can tell me the fix I will be pleased.
