Creative Designer Responsive Frontend Pages

Need a fresh, lightweight and cool frontend design for a page. The page is focused on pictures and videos and downloading content. The design should be compatible to a reference page, I will point you to once you start working on the project.
!! Attention !! The page backend is based on laravel, but you will only work on the blade template files. You will have no access to the whole laravel projet!!
Most importantly you have to have a good feel for slick and good design and the ability to implement that design responsive in html, css and java! The choice of libraries is up to you, you can also suggest buying a premade template and customize that, if you want. In the end you should come up with clean and optimized code, that doesn't have any unnecessary overweight.
You will be supplied with a ssh account, that you can use to work directly on the files on the server.
