SAP ABAP Development

With this development we intend to introduce in CRM, the categorization of the type of interventions performed by our technicians, within the scope of our technical assistance. There will be 3 levels of data. The first level must be filled in automatically whenever there is information on the selected equipment, at the moment when out helpdesk opens a new service order. The fields are Equipment, Brand and Model. If this information is not available, the data will be filled in manually by our helpdesk operator. The data reported by the client, relative to Reported Issue and Organ, will be filled manually by the helpdesk operator. The second level will always be filled in automatically, as there will only be one combination of Expected Intervention Time, Technical Competence and Number of Technicians. The third level will be filled in by the technician, in Fiori (our mobile interface) with the Cause of the Reported Failure, the Corrective Action and the Nature of Failure. We intend to update this data quite frequently, as new reported issues become significant in our operations, and therefore we want this to be uploaded massively and automatically, from a csv file.
