We are using [login to view URL] as our CRM and are looking for a freelancer who is strongly familiar with all modules to rapidly setup the platform to align with the business model.

- Capture all fields from Gravity Form (Wordpress) in logical fashion

- Instant Ratings of Customer Inquiries for Sales Staff

- Alert Sales Staff to New Inquiries through the CRM only

- Design Custom Lead Funnel Inquiry > Response > Quote Sent > Contract Closed

- Design File Sync for client quotes to be uploaded to CRM for instant viewing

- Integrate SKUs from Vitamin Product Line so that orders can be tracked

- If possible, work out how to sync with Company's latest prices on 400+ SKUs (perhaps a feed or SQL db sync)

- Track Recurring orders from clients.

- Track Sales Commissions

- Familiar with Zapier pushed updates as needed
