Children's Books for the United Kingdom

• Do you have a strong imagination, do you enjoy writing creatively? • Do you love children? Or do you remember your childhood days? • Have you always wanted to be a published author? • Do you think it’s important to learn about different cultures at a young age? If your answer to any of the above questions is a “Yes” then we would like to invite you to join our growing community of creative writers! We publish illustrated children's short stories, that share different cultures from around the world with small children. We are looking for authors who can produce creative and engaging stories about the culture in Britian, Wales, Ireland or Scotland. These stories are focused on the age group of 2-5 and are relatively short and simple. Here is a short description of the project: Creatively Write Original Stories For United Kingdom Children’s Storybooks: • Write six stories for ages: 4-5 to be approximately 12 -15 pages long (700 to 1000 words). • Write four stories for ages of 2-3 to be approximately 8 - 10 pages long (300 to 600 words). Offer: $150 Bids will be considered from writers with prior children’s writing experience who can provide samples. Note: The primary requirement for this project is Creative Short Story Writing for children. The secondary requirement is translation of the story as specified above. We are unable to consider bids for translation only.
