This is specifically a Filter Plugin: I need a class that will use the C++ Photoshop API and the `ReadPixelsFromLevel()` function to return the pointer data (pixel data of a document layer) and convert it to a byte array. All I need is an array of the bytes so I can convert it to my service, I would prefer to return this from the layer class, though I can only find a way to do this with the channel class, and that's fine.

Also:

This is specifically a Filter Plugin, or Automation Plugin: This C++ API class will return the SELECTED LAYER(S) 'Each layer that is selected in the document hierarchy' into an array (name of layers, or ID of layers).
