As said in the title back links only from .au domains of 3+.
I need this project to start immediately.
I will select the winning bid as soon as I see one that I like. Please let me know your qualifications and how you plan on doing the link building. This will be an ongoing project. So bid per website, you will also be doing a few more websites later dependent on the job success. I will be monitoring the ranking of the keyword phrases and watching to see if the links are getting picked up.

You, the link builder must be experienced - Please do not bid if you have no link building experience - Links MUST NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Black or Grey Hat methods will not be accepted, nor paid for.
We reserve the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines.
Report MUST include the following information:
1. URLs of pages where i can find my links published.
2. Domain / subdomain PR
3. date when link created or submitted
4. Anchor text used
5. NO upfront payment until I check all the backlinks
6. destination URL
We will check the following:
• I will check all domains are from .au websites.
• I will also see if the link is permanent and not temporary.
• I will verify the domain PR of each website.
• I will verify that the pages where the link is present are publicly viewable (viewable without registration) and Indexed in Google.
• I will verify ALL links are Do-Follow and that the Anchor text is correct.
NOT ALLOWED
• No more than 10 links per day per keyword to any one website.
• No Black Hat or other unethical SEO/Spam techniques. Only ethical work will be accepted.
• No Spam Comments.
• Links must be strictly from: Google PR3+ pages (home page page rank, iframes, other page ranks do NOT count)
• URLs must be live as soon as you create them
• Free one-way manual links. No use of automated software or bots.
• Links must be permanent and static HTML.
• Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, index-able and DO-Follow.
• Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.
• Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days
• Domains must be from different IP addresses.
• No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings or adult sites, link directories, ping sites, or pages which are under construction no rented links, FFA sites, adult sites, pharmacy sites, illegal websites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites, no blacklisted or spam sites, links from "bad neighbourhood" sites.
• No link farms and link exchange programs or web rings such as [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc.,
• Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider.
• The page where you will put my link should not have more than 100 external links! (this is very important)
• No [url removed, login to view] blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites
• Links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
• No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, classified sites, labelled links, etc.
Let me know how many backlinks you can get, what quality, and page rank. And also think before bidding that you have 2 more websites to link build. but for now, bid only on one website.
