Writer Needed

I am a freelance programmer that provides web design, ecommerce, and search engine optimization solutions to my local area (within 30 miles or so).? I have done a few projects thus far and have had? great success based on customer feedback. My downfall is that I am not a marketing whiz, at least not offline,? so now I? require a way to get my services out there.? I have spent countless hours examining what businesses in the area have websites, the quality of those sites, and the possibilities for those that do not.? There is a very large market in my area for my services. I believe what I need now is some sort of direct mail letter or? other method of? bringing my services directly to the attention of those I want to advise.? Meaning that I have a large list of potential clients from various industries that I would like to approach directly;? in writing.? With that said, I am still starting and my budget is very low at the moment.? My goal is to hit the ground running with this initial project to make enough money to re-hire you to do future work, probably on a monthly basis; with a larger budget in-hand. I am readily available to answer questions, comments, etc...? I am open to many options so long as they are presented in a professional manner.
