Write Three 30 Second Commercials

We have ring tone software that we are trying to sell. We are in need of a very creative person that can write script for a 30 second TV commercial and radio commercial. You MUST have a history of convincing people to buy product through your ad copy. So, I will be relying on your RAC history to make a decision as well as your ability to sell me on yourself. The commmerials will you use stock video footage and no live actors that can read the scripting. However, we are planning to shoot with live actors once we secure them and you can also write those scripts if you do well on these. I am sorry, but if you're new to RAC there will be no way for me verify your work unless you wanted to send me a sample Ad based on my sending you to our product. I look forward to hearing from all of you. Also, as with ALL my RAC coders/designer/marketing people, I'm looking for a long term relationship as this will bring more similar work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MS Word
