I want to make a database about automobiles and auto parts for all cars sold in North America and Europe from 1960 to present. I want the information in an Excel spreadsheet, CSV format or in a relational database. Preference will be for someone who has some database knowledge and is multi-lingual (English is a must; French/German/Spanish/Russian/Mandarin/Cantonese is a bonus). Price is negotiable based on DB and other languages.
