Self-publishing consultant/advisor needed

I am a young writer, aspiring to self-publish my first book. The writing part is now done, and I came up with a 70-page book that's heavily illustrated.

Now, I need an experienced consultant who can guide me through the entire self-publishing process and help me make strategic decisions.

Upon signing an NDA, I expect the chosen consultant to:

1. Answer all my questions around copyright, content, choosing a publishing company, budgeting, next steps, and really all the ins and outs.

2. (Maybe this task is unconventional for a consultant, but I just really need an all-around professional for the job!) Go over the manuscript and act as final proofreader.

3. Assist me in digital publishing and marketing.

4. Be available for advice until the book is published and out in the world.

Please write "four checks" somewhere in your proposal, for me to know that you have read all four major tasks required and that you can do them all.
