I need a knowledgeable person who knows how to spread the word on new apps to the right and appropriate audience, in places on the web where such audience (for example you don't market an air conditioner on alaska related websites and forums) is present. Not for beginners or dabblers. You must be someone based in the western hemisphere and knows the ins and outs of how the system works here. This could be a ongoing project, with multiple tasks over time. Budget must be reasonable, results must be measurable. And NO, I have no interest in google ads.
