hi! I work in an office in an English private school in Seoul. My job is looking for [login to view URL] we are asking for ONE sample from writers. We need many writers because we r working on 52 textbooks, so u can imagine what a lot of samples we r asking for (that is why NOW 1 sample is paid 5$...of course the hired writers will get 18$ per sample when they r hired).
So, now we ask writers to choose 4 or 8 images from a site called [login to view URL] (and send us the links to those images), and they have to be about the same topic, or similar. From those images the writers have to create a dialogue of 230 words between a boy and a girl (mother and father, male teacher and female student,brother and sister, etc.), and a monologue of 120 words. The stories should be educational (about some science or social or cultural facts) so that kids can learn something as well as English. The kids for this sample we ask for r k1 level, so English level must be very simple. I can attach the guidelines for the dialogue and monologue, and an example of what our textbooks are like (pages 4 and 6).
