amazon dynamodb file

I want to create a dynamodb database in amazon and let a cold fusion file insert data in to it. also create a public webservice to query data from dynamodb, example - i have list of numbers in a mysql table, get the number list and insert it to dynamodb and give a putlic webservice to check weather the number exists in the list in dynamodb.
