COBOL - ETL conversion

I have 5+ years experience in cobol was working in one of the leading software company.

I have the experience in cobol of having developed completely new systems from the beginning and maintained previously developed systems. I am currently migrating from the Caja de Jubilaciones de Escribano that is in acucobol to web / intranet php environment with css and javascripts. I have developed in different types of cobol, accessing language files as well as accessing databases: oracle, postgresql, sql server and db2. I have worked with cobol / cics / db2 and oracle.
