I just wanted to grab my opportunity for the job you posted. I’ve been a Customer Service Analyst for more than 5 years. And most of the clients or customer that I handled is about inquiry in their account such as Payment, Retention, etc. I was able to handle different types of company/service and to mention is Telecommunication, Airlines, Hotel and Booking Reservations, Retail Stores and Bank as well. When it comes to work attitude I must say that I’m confident to what I can contribute to your company in what I’ve learned to my previous company. Handling irate client is already given and I don’t have any issues about dealing with those but I can guarantee that I’ll be able to retain them in the company. I can also work in minimal supervision since it is also what I’ve learned before. But I wanted to ask as well my superior in task that I am not aware of. And its part of learning for me as well, right?
