hello I read your description and think to propose as below i can design the variety of such items few examples wanted to show you, ( pictures) those are beautiful lamp shades, which are divided in several parts which can be easily cut on cnc with the sheets of plywood and can be assembled by the user. Hi. Your project sounds fun! I often design furniture and scenery for film sets, typically constructed from plywood or MDF. I gennerally start my projects by hand sketching some rough ideas based on my client's brief. Once you have selected your favourites, I can then start to model them on Solidworks. Before I begin considering the joints/fixings, I will update you on my progress, just to make sure you are happy with the visuals. After your approval, I will then design in the detailed joints and break it down into it's component parts, ready for CNC Routing. If you like, I can then generate the CNC Toolpath and G-code for you to machine.
