Youtube profiles grabber (keywords: scraper, crawler)

I need a program, in whatever language you prefer, that crawls Youtube starting from a given results page URL (like [login to view URL]), and grabs the nicks and profiles data "Name", "Country" and "Occupation" of the accounts of all these videos.
For each nick the grabbed data must be written as "Nick; Name; Country; Profile URL; Occupation" in a CSV (";" delimited) text file.
NOTE 1: to avoid much unnecessary crawling and be much faster the crawler must NOT follow all the videos of the nicks that has already followed.
NOTE 2: the user interface must show a progress counter while running.

I have already made several youtube type C# applications that do things like comment, subscribe, rate, and favorite youtube videos. This program I will be able to do for you no problem.
This would be a simple job, i would do it in .net framework. easy to use GUI and multi-threaded for fast data scraping.
