Stub-out a basic Electron application with the following stack: Front end: 1. Typescript 2. React Back end: 1. C#, with asynchronous responses to requests from the front end The entire project must be runnable from within Visual Studio 2019, with these requirements: 1. press F5 to run and debug. Typescript breakpoints should be hit. 2. Should be able to hit C# breakpoints as well (attach to process is okay, if there is no other way). You don't need to write much actual code--"Hello world" is enough. Your sample app should demonstrate requesting some kind of JSON data from the back end, and displaying it in the React front end.
