Hello,

I am looking for a DotNet Core 2.0 developer with experience in Twillio.

I require a POC written in DotNet Core 2.0 (console application) which sends SMS messages to Brazilian cell phones. The Brazil countrycode is +55.

The deliverables are:

1) Proof that at least 5 SMS messages are sent to Brazilian cell phones (I can provide the numbers)

2)The source code for this POC
