Need Some One help to manage database file

Hi i have done similar coding in my last project , my client was having large 2 to 5 gb files which he wanted to store in database but in split mode in different columns . but on reading it again as a single file. so i all-ready have idea and need of your project, I am professional in C# .Net, PHP, android, iPhone development.

Have Microsoft certifications in SQL Server 2000. As per your request, following is my understanding: 1. You are looking to normalise the tables 2. Probably add some constraints/default values to certain fields 3. Move the data from the bulky old table to the new tables
