Messaging Application MVC 5 asp.net identiy

adding user messages to an mvc 5 application that uses identity for authorization. We need the user message page done as soon as possible. Two dropdowns cascading one to pick organizations from a list -- think of it as depts within a company. And then a another dropdown to list the users -- first name and last -- click and select the users you want to send the message to and then click send. You either have to option to send messages or to send email ... plan on using mailto to open their local email client and copy the address and messages there. So we don't need to worry about smtp or anything. Messages will be saved into a database table and users who read messages will retrieved from there. Good clean code, I will have a moq up of the interface i am trying to achieve but first reach out and let me know if you can handle it. Thanks.
