I have PDF forms that are filled out. These forms can be in a PDF fillable form or an Image. We need to read the forms and input the values into a predetermined specific XML. We have a team of developers, we need someone that has specific skills in OCR and reading fillable PDF. In the attached zip file, there is a PDF file and a sample XML file. You will need to create a solution that takes the PDF and extracts the data into the XML... This should also work for PDF forms that the content is an image of the form... Once complete with the POC, we will test it by giving a different PDF file that is the same form but with different data. The solution should extract the data to the XML. We will eventfully want to integrate this into a broader project that we currently have. My budget is 150$.
