Error Fixing and Optimization of Email Marketing Software

There is one asp.net based email marketing software with some error and optimization of the solution. the primary optimization are as below. Email Sending using Third party SMTP - Currently the system allow only sending from local SMTP server, what we need to get send from any SMTP server like SMTP Providers, Linux Based SMTP, Cloud SMTP etc. Email Sending Limit and Speed Control - Currently the Emailer send 998 email and then stop, we need to get send email as per the available list , if the list consist of 5000 email it need to send as thread without stoping and manual intevension. Email Speed Control - we want a admin page where we can set the per Minute, Per Hours email sending client wise or package wise, and the same need to be validated. mean if i want to say to customer XX that they can send 400 email per hours and for YY we are saying that they can send 1500 email per hours so that need to controlled. Reporting - We need Email sending reports customization for all Send , inbox receipt, Spam Box receipt, Inbox Open, Inbox Delete, Spam Open, Spam deleted, Link CLick, Location wise click and open reports, browser and device based open and clicked reports etc. The existing solution is based on asp.net with MS SQL server database. the Modification task will assign to the candidate who is having existing experience in such kinds of works and work need to be done over teamviewer or over remote server. Further discussion can be started after understanding the capability of team or employee who apply for the task.
