Hello, I have been developing C# applications for both desktop and web since version 2.0. I have a variety of applications to show as a proof of experience. Also I have translated three programming books from English to my native language. I won't have any problems with written/spoken English communication. As you have stated in your project requirements, I believe to be the right person to work with for a long time. Throughout past years I have seen some projects that were abandoned by initial developer(s) and became too complex for another person to take over.
