Using mouse to draw Lines

1) User able to draw line on picturebox using mouse cursor
2) Line should be in "Pen" black colour.
3) When Line being selected, Line will turn red.
4) After the first mouse down, the line will be drawn following the moment of the mouse (No dots on both ends of the lines)
5) The first line will be fixed after next point is click.
6) User can draw any number of lines that is connected.
7) When user want to close the shape, using double click the last point of the last line will form a line join to the first line (First Point) and thus forming a shape.
8) User is able to draw multiple shape with them being connected.
9) User is able select shape and delete.
10) User is also able to press BackSpace on the keyboard to delete the last line user had drawn.
11) User is able to save the all the lines/ shapes that have been drawn using a save button.
12) User is able to load the previous saved work using a load button.
13) User is able to load any image into picture box using a load image button.
