Do you have schematic diagram? Is it full bridge convertor? I can help you with pcb for puls power supply. If you want to test algorithm i strongly suggest you to put fully isolated power unit from control circuit. This way you will protect your control circuit if power switch fails. I also suggest to make a two different board one for controlling and another for power circuit. If you have any questions please ask me. Good luck. Interesting project.
