Seamlessly launch browser with Video Stream after checking Audio & Video quality. Windows PC

REQUIREMENTS **This are basic requirements (be ready to make few alterations to the current requirements upon request). 1. Have a browser page with a video stream open at all times at full screen. 2. Browser should be opera if possible. 3. If the browser closes or crashes or stream halts, then first – launch another webpage with a static screen (that has a message). Second – the main video stream webpage should relaunch while the static page is up. Third – the main video stream page should have enough video buffers before switching from static page to the video stream page. 4. Pages should be full screen – we do not want the menus / open close buttons to be displayed – it is being used for streaming and should stay clean. 5. Logs should be maintained of the open closed pages, crashes with time and dates. 6. Should be able to switch everything in background as if like a kiosk setup. Everything should be invisible from the viewer who is looking at the screen. 7. Audio and video from the stream should be checked before switching. Entry should be made in the log files. You will check for proper audio levels and make sure the stream is active (video isn't just black screen -- there should be active programming). Specs: Windows 7 pro 32 bit, 4 GB. **Project needs completion asap reply with your rates and expected duration of product delivery.
