Scrapper Visual C# + Google Chrome REPAIR some functions (finished program) -- 2

I am looking for some ninja who can understand someone else work and repair few failed functions. For example: script scrapping title with uppercase, however source has normal letters. There is a leak with performance and some small mistakes which make it useless: for example changing '.' into ',' for numbers. There is a filter which search keywords but it doesn't work. Someone with patience. Work probably for 2-4 hours for VC# ninja with knowledge about Google Chrome integration.
