MCU/PIC controller hardware development with Wi-fi android app interface

Hi, I am very interested in your project. I am wondering what kind of thing do you mean by "App interface"? Is there any MCU to have App interface? How are you going to communicate the pic trough wifi?? Are you thinking in use an ESP8266, a microchip wifi module? The software to develop the firmware could be ccs or xc? which pic mcu are you planning to use?? Do I need to create the circuit? I mean, design the pcb??
