I need to integrate in ESP32 : GPRS, Clock and SDCard.
ESP32 & GPRS SIM800L:

BME280:

After each measurement of BME280 (temperature, humidity and presure), data will be saved in SDCard. After that will send the data by TCP/IP, wait (max some seconds) for server request and go to sleep (hybernate) for some time (seconds for test).
Data saved in file will be with next header:
Date time temperature humidity pressure
2019/11/08 12:32:40 -12.34 87.65 689.58
Each file will have maximum 500k weight. When reach this weight, rename it and create another one.
If TCP/IP connection is down, message must be saved in a specific file and resend when connection will return.
I need to know if you will do the development in Linux or Windows, using Arduino or another one.
