Create Linear Predictive Functions - READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING

Project for Freelancer.com – Linear Predictive Coding Coding Environment: Visual Studio 2013 Language: C Data Sets: Need to support a block of 8-bit values, and a block of 16-bit values. Suggest two sets of functions, one set for 8-bit and one set for 16-bit. This project uses linear predictive coding. It takes a frame of original audio data and outputs a predictive data set. Then, a reverse process must be created in order to get back the exact original data. This project will take some research. If I knew how to do it, I would do it myself.
