Hi, It is a pretty straightforward project and I have also a library that suits it, it can even drive more than 4 LEDs. Do you need power LED or just small ones ? If you need power LEDs you'll also need a drive circuit. Cheers, Alex.

Hello , This project can easily be transferred to Arduino using Thread library. Timers on Arduino is much easier than microcontroller register level programming. You can check my portfolio and YouTube channel for assessment of my Arduino skills. Until then, I would be more than happy to help you migrating your code. A flow chart for the code execution is much better if available and the rest will be easy as I can make simulation of the program and show you a video of operation.
