Need a phone dialer that works like Dialer pro dial engine. Icon in XP tray works in the background called as ..\[login to view URL] $phone number to dial
Must integrate with Win XP card dialing rules i.e. if its a long distance number dial using a calling card.

The dialing engine is the product we need to duplicate most of the functionality of the above listed product. The MFC code included is designed to be used as a guideline, you may use any other examples as far as the serial port work. The preferred configuration method would be in XML format. All source must be provided to compile under MS C++ 6.0.
