Weonlydo.com httpDLX component Post help

I have created a program in Visual Basic 6 that uses the httpDLX component from weonlydo.com. The program logs into a specific website using a preset account. Then after it has logged in the program collects 15 user ids of members on the site. Then the program is suppose to send out an email through the website to the first member it collected. The problem is when it gets to the part to send its not working. Everything else i described works except for the mailing part. I need someone who can take my code and for sure figure this out. The post requirements to send the mail through the website seem fairly simple. There are only 3 different parameters you have to use in the post data when you send the mail. The userid, subject and message. Because my code has my account to the website in it i do not wish to post it on here. So instead i have posted my code that tries to login with a blank username and password. This is only so you can take a look at the code and get an idea of what you think is wrong. Only the winning bidder will be able to get the code with the actual account in it. This project is very urgent. Only serious bidders apply.
