Hi, I want a windows mobile application with following functionality: 1) Open the camera & take picture when user clicks 2) Pass the raw picture data matrix into a function (I will provide the function). 3) The function will return a string, display the string on screen. The app must be cross platform compatible (windows mobile 5.0/6.0, CE etc.). Also, I do not have Visual Studio, (am using the command line compilers of the .NET sdk - so .BAT files to build the project must be provided). App must have simple control buttons (Menu for settings & Exit button) Thanks & Regards JMP

If you are using Windows Mobile 5.0 or above, this could use Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK. But, if you dont this will use vendor specific driver. For the safe method, better you describe the camera series so I could estimate the method. Anyway, the function is taken from a web service or local functions? If from web service let me know the WSDL url.
