Marketplace project

Brief on the project: A marketplace for Egyptian products where buying/selling transactions take place. the idea is to provide this for Egyptian manufacturers who don't have an online presence a gateway to the digital world and e commerce. Types of manufactures who will feature their products : 1- enterprises who already have a delivery arm and can do the delivery and collection 2- enterprises who don't have delivery so needs only the listing and contact us information 3- enterprise who don't have delivery and depend on us to do the delivery and collection The portal will have 2 interfaces: 1- Interface for seller: The interface is only contact us application, for the manufacturer can enter their data (company name, contact, CR, tax card ID, products category, Description for products, sample pics, prices range, …etc). The rest of the job will be done offline (contacting the seller, till contracting). 2- Interface with Buyer: Where customers can surf the portal for products, purchase items, request discount or custom products, rate the seller, add/view reviews Rate the product,…etc. Reference: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Resources: 1- An in-house team of 3 developers & 1 designer is available for - developing certain components if needed - supervise the development of the portal (in case of outsourcing the development job). - Supervise the integrating all projects components. - Receive the source code for future modifications. 2- In-house Project Assistant. Notes: · Payment options should include (Credit Card, Cash on delivery-in Egypt only-, Fawry Payment). · The seller can choose to handle the delivery themselves, or we can handle it using a courier. Requirements: 1- Business plan. 2- Implementation plan. 3- Full Project management till launching the project.
