We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our
team, responsible for finding and acquiring new clients for our graphics, video and software
development projects. This is a remote position that offers a base salary along with a lucrative
commission structure based on the value of the projects secured. The more you bring in, the
more you earn!
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify, reach out to, and secure potential clients for graphics,
video, and software development projects through various channels such as online
platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales
targets and increase the company’s client base.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities,
understand client needs, and stay updated on industry trends.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to prepare
project proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts, ensuring that project
terms align with both client expectations and company objectives.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and progress
towards meeting sales targets.
Compensation Structure:
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month (Only If you reach ₹1,00,000 in a month if you are
unable to reach the target then you will get based on the project value as describe
below )
Project Commission:
o For every ₹50,000 project secured, you will earn an additional ₹10,000.
o For every ₹1,00,000 project or higher secured within a month, a substantial
bonus will be provided on top of the base salary and commission.
(Note: If you reach 1Lpa in a month you will get Fixed Salary + bonus)
Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses will be awarded based on overall
performance and achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the
creative and technology sectors.
Strong understanding of the graphics, video production, and software development
industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
