Job brief: Work with boards and senior management of our clients in Asia who are some of the leading businesses in the Asian region. You will work with our CEO to support our clients in solutions to improve efficiency, strategy and lean management that will lead to business growth and market leadership. Location: Makati, Philippines. Duration: 12 months Number of openings: 2 Qualifications: Relevant previous internship or experience in consultancy is an advantage Any experience in management is an advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) Analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability in managing multiple projects Excellent (English) communication skills (written and spoken) with no detectable accent is an advantage Responsibilities: 1. Be proactive in analyzing the client objectives, problem and develop solution 2. Implement the solutions in a live environment at client location 3. Operate as the lead point person for any and all matters specific to your clients 4. Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships 5. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives 6. Work in a team 7. Communicate clearly the progress of plan initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 8. One of your main tasks as a management consultant is to examine all the corporate areas of our clients (Corporate areas include finance, marketing, HR, customer service, planning , etc) 9. Consultants should analyse the current weaknesses of our clients and then present concrete proposals to the management with proper solutions. The solutions should be framed in such a way that they bring significant productivity and profit increase to our clients over the course of time. 10. A consultant will work on one or more functional areas such as redesign the organizational structure, streamline the current workflow and processes, implement efficient HR solutions, set up productive communication structure etc. Hence, a consultant will have the opportunity to work across various departments and levels of the client's organization.
