$400 budget Design simple to implement good looking ground zero landscape plan for single family home. We are professional new home builders, and have a home in north east USA (Westchester County) We need a simple to implement yet good looking landscape plan in order to rent the home/property We envisage grass around the house and on septic field, and mulch for the rest, some rock wall boundaries. The rest - we need input from a landscape architect. The general area is one of water and rock. We have a large amount of small and medium sized rocks on the property (from the construction work) and that are difficult to move, that could be used. Excuse us but the plan is known internally in the company as mulch plan - so that is what we must call it!
