architecture plan for a 4 buildings around 360sq including loft

Im located in Meteora , Greece ! i want to make 4 houses around 60sq each with loft 30sq total 90sq each house ...i want someone to make me the exact architect plan ..i want to see the plan in 2d and 3d interior, exterior design , lights sofas etc ...because Meteora is a Holly place the plan must pass from a commision here ... so maybe we need to make some changes ...this commision have some rules about the the size of the buildings and some other stuff .. we need a cooperative person we can talk about this and we need to make changes to the plan until is what we want. I dont want the design to be classic , i want it modern but also they must pass from the commision ... there is a building there but we want to build the second floor ... but we want them build seperate houses there... it may take around 1-2 months completing what i exactly i want ...we will make many changes ...minimum 10 changes of the plan the houses will be prefabricated so dont worry about limitations with concrete ...you can design whatever you want the pdf i attached is the ground floor plan , so first floor have the same borders and measurments
