When I was in the UK I worked on the design of a Modular School in Leeds, for Portakabin. So I have relevant experience, I would be using Hand Calcs/ Analysis and be designing to BS5950. I am a little unsure if, the steel frame is to accomodate the Portakabins or if you are looking for the Portakabin module framing? Hope to hear from you Regards Lee
