There is an existing property which needs to be extended on behalf of our client and made much bigger into an executive home.

The client's house is located in rural England.

We are looking for someone that can do us a house design, the house design should be a mixture of classic and contemporary.

Currently the house stands in 2,200 sq feet on two floors and he would like to extend the house to 7,000 sq feet across 3 floors. There is plenty of land around it, so feel free to design without land limitations.

So in essence this project is for the design and layout of the new house.

Please find attached pictures of the house and the current plan of the house, for the two floors that currently exist.

Please provide examples of evidence of ability to do the job.
