bought some templates; need modifications.

one is Flash template: need browser back button to work & contact form to work properly. As you know, browser back button does not work in Flash .swf. Need coding to make it work... Contact form should be easy; just send messages to appropriate email.

Have another basic html webpage: need to create form in website& have those information transferred to fields in MS Word or Excel so that forms can be printed.

Need codes to be commented clearly so that if needed modifcations can be made.
