Put HTML comment tags before and after <divs> in BigCommerce site

Our website has about 230 product categories and subcategories. For each category or subcategory, in the HTML Box of the Description Box, there is CSS code that enables (1) a Header Image Gallery and (2) a Right Sidebar Image Gallery. See the attached graphics which show how to access this and a demonstration of this.
This project is to put HTML comment tags before the and after <div> tags of the code for the Header Gallery and the Right Sidebar Gallery, for each Product Category and Product Subcategory, as follows:
The three Comment Tags are as follows:
Comment Tag #1: <!--BEGINNING OF HEADERÂ GALLERY CODE -->Â
Comment Tag #2: <!--END OF HEADER GALLERY CODEÂ | BEGINNING OF RIGHT SIDEBARÂ GALLERY CODE -->Â
Comment Tag #3: <!--END OF RIGHT SIDEBAR GALLERY CODEÂ | BEGINNING OF ARTICLE -->
POSITIONS OF THE HTML COMMENT TAGS:
1. Comment Tag #1 goes right before this <div class="topcat" style="display: none;">
2. Comment Tag #2 goes right after the </div> for the above "topcat" div and right before this: <div class="right-image-wrap" style="display: none;"> [In other words, Tag #2 goes between the closing div for the Header Gallery Code and the opening div for the Right Sidebar code.
3. Comment Tag #3 goes right after the </div> for the right sidebar gallery code.
Content inside the HTML Box: In addition to the code for the Header Gallery and the Right Sidebar Gallery, there is HTML for text articles inside the HTML box for all the Categories and most of the subcategories. Sometimes the Text Article HTML appears before the Header Gallery <div> and sometimes it appears after the Right Sidebar </div>. In either case, leave the Article Text HTML as it is (do not change it's position-sequence), and place the appropriate Comment Tag after or before the Article Text HTML.
